Always appreciate the perspective offered up by folks here. Maybe they will put out some good jams. Gotta agree about Jackie Greene, a guy who is quite talented and only getting better.
As for a guy trying to be like Jerry - only makes me sad, and makes me miss 'em even more.
You know, thinking on it, how cool would it be if this band was to go into the studio first and make an album of new material, then take it out on the road and test it like any new band? Sure they could mix in a classic or three during the live sets, but that to me sounds WAY more interesting than the same old tired idea of a collection of a couple core members surrounded by their pals playing the same or similar setlist that we've seen and heard for almost 15 years from BobDog, LeshNPals, DSO, even Mickey and Billy to a certain extent...

I like these same old things, played over and over, onle the DEAD can do that and get a public for decades !I hope they keep rich just doing these same old things ,na !!!
